There are a lot of people who want to go to this school and meet Harry. Because this is a Starry School Harry Potter. He had a deep prejudice against Gryffindor and Potter and anyone who befriended him. Still, in the balance, I think the scale tips toward good man. He gave his life to save Harry and the rewarding world. There is more to it than just black and white to keep the balance between good and bad. Love it so much.

The inevitable thread of people being jerks because people actually like Snape while inserting their life experiences to make people feel bad for liking said fictional character. I don’t care. I love Snape. Has been my favorite character since I was 10 and the books were brand new. Come to me. He bullied everyone who wasn’t Slytherin, he did it just to enjoy the feeling of power he had over them. Even though he knows how terrible it is to be bullied and humiliated from his own experience. He even became Nevill’s greatest fear of what kind of teacher does that? He only did good things because of his obsession with Lilly. It does not love if you are willing to trade the life of her child she loves the most for her, he didn’t want her to be happy he wanted to have her for himself. He was willing to let Dementors give a kiss to two innocent men just because he had grudge against them. He wanted Harry to be expelled even though he knows it would put him in danger. Sorry but no, he wasn’t a good man nor the hero. Snape is one of my favorite characters. He was complex and flawed, and that made him believable and real. Heroes aren’t perfect.

They can be prejudiced and they are capable of doing bad things, but what matters most is that they step up when you need them. He was the bravest and most sacrificing character in the entire series. Starry School Harry Potter. The character did have flaws but I absolutely love how he ended up being a “good guy” in the end. Dumbledore was just as shady. Snape was a terrible human being and was easily manipulated by Dumbles. No one will ever convince me that Snape was a good person. I am still mad to this day that Harry Potter named his son after those two. Snape sets the standard so low. He was an active blood supremacist, became a little less supremacy in action only when Lily was targeted, and continued to hold onto blood supremacy ideals through the entire series. Still, don’t like Snape. He’s a bully and an awful person. You don’t need to be a good person to do good things. He was definitely a brave and courageous man, working for the good side behind the scenes unaccredited. However, that didn’t make him a nice and pleasant man. He was absolutely horrible to Harry.
