We can get the Classico brand of Alfredo and buy a rotisserie chicken to heat up in the oven. We’d just have to throw it all together with mozzarella and pasta and bake it. It’s made with pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for heaven’s sake. That looks awful. The pasta at the bottom isn’t mixed so it will be dry and nasty. But mix noodles and sauce together first then put in the pan so don’t have boring noodles left at the end.

In my Alfredo sauce, I use chicken broth or white wine, heavy cream or half & half, garlic, butter and an assortment of cheeses like Asiago, aged Parmesan, and Romano. It’s way creamier and cheesier than this. I make this at home all the time, it does not need to be done in layers but that sauce is a way too thick and there is not enough to actually cover the pasta and have extra when it’s absorbed. It irks me that they didn’t mix the sauce with the pasta first. Let’s make this next time we have leftover rotisserie chicken! I mean before you get to it a second time. Great idea but very sloppy. Should have layered it and mixed the sauce with the pasta.
